VLB Consulting: Terms of Business
1. Scope of Service
VLB Consulting provides strategic consultancy, sales and operations advice, and leadership mentoring. The specific scope of work for any engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal or letter of engagement.
2. The Sounding Board Relationship
VLB Consulting acts as a strategic partner and sounding board. While we provide expert guidance based on executive experience, the Client remains solely responsible for the implementation and final results of any business decisions. VLB Consulting shall not be held liable for commercial outcomes or losses resulting from the advice provided.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
Invoices will be issued as per the agreed project schedule or monthly for ongoing mentoring.
Payment is required within 15 days of the invoice date.
VLB Consulting reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made within these terms.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We value the time dedicated to our clients and expect the same in return.
For scheduled sessions or site visits, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full rate of the scheduled session.
5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Both parties agree to keep all business information, strategies, and trade secrets strictly confidential. VLB Consulting retains ownership of any proprietary methodologies or frameworks used during the consultancy, though the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use these for their internal business operations.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
