I built my career in some of the most competitive commercial environments in the world. From the UK to Australia, I learned early on that there is a unique strength in being the person the competition doesn't see coming. In the early days of the Australian automotive industry, I was often the only woman in the room, breaking new ground in a sector that wasn't used to seeing female leadership at the top.
I lost count of the amount of times customers assumed I was there to assist with making the tea, only to be surprised when I stepped in to lead the room, secure the deal, and close the sale.
Succeeding in those environments taught me the true value of inclusive leadership- the ability to get the best out of every person in a business and the power of diverse perspectives to stress-test a strategy. I learned that having different voices in the room is a commercial advantage, not just a buzzword.

I practice the balance I preach. Outside of work, I manage a busy home life with four children and two dogs - including a very energetic new puppy. I’ve spent my career working at the highest levels specifically so my family and I can enjoy the life we want; whether that’s sailing, travelling, enjoying family time or seeking out new experiences and adventures at every opportunity. I am a firm believer that we work to live, not the other way around, and I help my clients build the strategic clarity they need to do the same.'
